Yes. We offer teleconsultation (video or phone) for patients anywhere in India — and across our 15+ city network, you can access in-person care closer to home. For the initial consultation, a phone or video call is perfectly adequate. You only need to travel to a centre when physical examination or procedures are required.

Yes — and surrogacy eligibility is one of the most common reasons families contact us first. Our specialists can walk you through the criteria of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 and give you an initial assessment of whether you are likely to qualify based on your situation. A full formal eligibility review requires documentation, but we can give you a clear picture on the first call.

Information is never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent. Our team is trained to handle sensitive fertility enquiries with full discretion.

Our team speaks English and Hindi across all centres. In regional centres (e.g., Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) our local coordinators and specialists also speak Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu respectively. If you prefer to speak in your regional language, please mention this when you contact us and we will arrange accordingly.
