Best Surrogacy Centres in Delhi: Quick Answer
Delhi has more registered IVF clinics than any other city in north India, from hospital units that have run IVF since the early 1990s to large national chains. That choice is useful, but it also makes it harder to know where to start. We picked nine centres that publish enough about their doctors and results to compare, and scored them the same way.
| Rank | Centre | Lead doctor | Est. surrogacy cost* | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | Delhi IVF & Fertility Research Centre | Dr. Anoop Gupta | ₹22 lakh | 80/100 |

| #3 | Nova IVF Fertility – Delhi | Dr. Sonu Talwar at East of Kailash | ₹19 lakh | 65/100 |

How We Scored Delhi’s Centres
We use the same five measures for every city. Each point comes from something the centre publishes on its own website, or from the national ART registry list. Group-wide figures (for example, a chain’s total pregnancies) count one band lower than figures for the centre itself or its lead doctor, so a big chain does not win on size alone. We do not accept payment for placement.

Before You Choose a Surrogacy Centre in Delhi
Many Delhi couples look at clinics in Gurugram and Noida as well. If you do, check that the centre’s ART registration is in the state where your treatment will happen.
- Check the centre’s ART registration and ask for its separate surrogacy clinic registration.
- Ask what its success rate measures (pregnancy test, pregnancy per transfer or live birth) and for which year.
- Ask how many surrogacy cases it has completed, not just IVF cycles.
- Get a written, itemised quote and ask which hospital handles the delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best surrogacy centre in Delhi?
On our published scoring, Delhi IVF & Fertility Research Centre scores highest in Delhi (80/100). One of Delhi’s longest-running surrogacy programmes, with a very experienced director. It publishes no success rate.
How many of these Delhi centres are registered at Level 2?
8 of the 9 centres are listed at Level 2 on the national ART registry list we use. Surrogacy needs a separate registration, so ask each centre for it.
How much does surrogacy cost at these Delhi centres?
A complete altruistic surrogacy journey costs about ₹16–23.5 lakh, based on our estimates for these centres. Always ask for a written, itemised quote.
Are these success rates verified?
No. They are what each centre reports on its own website, and they measure different things. We score how clearly a centre explains its figure rather than the number itself.
Why does a big chain rank below a local clinic?
Group-wide numbers count one band lower than a centre’s own figures, and centres lose points when they publish no surrogacy service or no success rate. Size alone does not decide the rank.
