These credentials are mandatory for any clinic legally conducting IVF and altruistic surrogacy in India. We maintain current registration and undergo regular inspection to ensure compliance.
Before any procedure begins, every patient receives a detailed written cost plan covering all anticipated expenses — medical procedures, medications, legal fees, surrogate insurance, counselling, and administrative costs. We do not add charges after the plan is agreed without written explanation and consent. If a situation arises requiring additional expenditure (such as an extra IVF cycle), we discuss this fully before proceeding. No hidden charges is a founding principle, not a marketing claim.
We will tell you directly and honestly. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria under the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 — or if you do not have a willing eligible close-relative surrogate — we will explain this clearly and without ambiguity. Every surrogate at Vinsfertility receives: a mandatory psychological assessment before proceeding; comprehensive health screening; 36-month health and life insurance arranged by us (as required by law); dedicated antenatal care; regular wellness check-ins from our counselling team; and post-delivery follow-up.
